TI Project HX is an Excel based software solution designed to manage and automate the documentation and reporting processes for tube inspections in a single application from start to finish. The application supports Electromagnetic (eg. Eddy Current, Remote Field, Near Field, Mag Bias etc.) and IRIS inspection methods.

  • A project interface that provides a single interface to set up and manage project and exchanger related information.

  • An exchanger storage system for storage and retrieval of specific exchanger information and associated files, including tube sheet templates. A respective exchanger can accommodate up to four separate tube specifications.

  • Import and export capable.

  • Processes and menu options to efficiently create source tube sheet templates.

  • Inspection lists.

  • Flag up conflicts and/or inconsistencies in imported analysis file records. An example would be where there is both an analysis sizing result for a tube that is also shown as being plugged.

  • Flag up analysis calls that sit outside an assigned result class criteria.

  • Assign result classes to raw analysis results for subsequent processing and reporting.

  • Result presentations covering sequential lists, bar charts, range reports, defect location charts, statistical information and tube sheet mapping.

  • Tube sheet maps that can easily be switched between symbol and result sizing displays.
